Grayhawk Offices
The Offices at Grayhawk are nestled in a beautiful seven-acre parcel at the famous Grayhawk planned community in North Scottsdale, Arizona. The development consists of eight separate office buildings ranging in size from 6,700 square feet to 10,600 square feet. The offices are located on Thompson Peak Parkway, just ¼ mile away from the famed Grayhawk Golf Club.
500 Marquette
A 269,000 square foot high-rise professional office building located at the southwest corner of 5th and Marquette Street in downtown Albuquerque, New Mexico. With its 15-story, stepped terrace design, 650-car attached parking garage, pedestrian skywalk across 5th Street connecting to the new City-County Building, 60-foot atrium lobby and park-like landscaping, 500 Marquette was a dramatic addition to the Albuquerque skyline. Construction began in January 1985 and was completed in December 1985.
1001 North Central
A 110,000 square foot office building at Central and Roosevelt in downtown Phoenix. Keeping only the steel and concrete superstructure of what was originally the Coronet Hotel, Cavan completely rebuilt this structure into a nine-story, professional office building. Construction began in early 1984 and was completed in mid-February 1985.
Alma School Corporate Center
A three-phase 170,000 square foot office complex located on Alma School Road just south of the Superstition Freeway in Mesa, Arizona. Construction of the 50,000 square foot Phase I was completed in August 1984, and equally sized Phase II was completed in June 1985. Construction of Phase III, a 70,000 square foot, three-story atrium office building was completed in May 1987.
Executive Office Center
A 185,000 square foot, three-phase office complex comprised of seven single-story buildings located in Scottsdale, Arizona. Construction on the first phase commenced in July 1996 and was completed in December 1996. Construction of Phase II began in December 1996 and was completed in May 1997. Construction of Phase III began in April 1997 and was completed in September 1997.
One Executive Center
A 122,000 square foot, five-story atrium lobby office building in the uptown business section of Albuquerque, New Mexico. Developed under a partnership of Cavan Associates, Ltd., and Johnson Wax Development Corporation (a subsidiary of Johnson Wax), the building was completed in February 1983.
Plaza 16
Located on the Bell Road corridor in North Phoenix, this 40,000 square foot specialty retail center commenced construction in June 1986 and was completed in February 1987.
Scottsdale Executive Office Park
A 125,000 square foot office building located at Hayden Road and Via de Ventura in the McCormick Ranch section of Scottsdale, Arizona. The property is the second phase of an existing office building and forms part of a 270,000 square foot office complex.
Shea Corporate Center
A 90,000 square foot suburban office building development at 3420 & 3320 East Shea Boulevard in Phoenix, Arizona. The buildings were completed in June 1984.
